Resolving "The procedure entry point ... library vulkan-1.dll" error when launching Hyper Scape

Hi. As the title says, I resolved the following error. What I tried There were two. When you try these, you will need to take full responsibility for your action. Backup is important. The first one is a GPU driver update. Valkan will be installed along with the driver update, so I tried this method first. However, changing the driver sometimes causes instability, so I recommend checking the current version from the device manager. The second one is installing the latest version of Valkan Runtime. NICEHCK NX7 pro review 2

Hi. Good morning / afternoon / evening. I’m ponpokorin (@ponpokorin_24).

This article is part2 of NX7 pro(my favorite)'s review. Part1 is here

Today's a table of contents
  • How the impression changes after using more than one month. (Article's date is close to part1 because I translate Japanese article to English.)
  • Review about filters.
  • Comparison with monitor headphone (ATH-M70x), using my favorite songs & music.
Also, I have two changes.
ear tips; I ended up using ML size of Spiral Dot (JVC).
DAP; I used SONY ZX300 more than 200 hours with balanced NX7 pro.

How the impression changes

Before comparison with monitor, I write impression lightly with RHA CL750(my favorite too).
  1. CL750's sound is more sharp, in other words, NX7 pro's sound is more natural.
  2. NX7 pro's sound stage is more wide than CL750.
  3. More clear vocal.
  4. I can hear low (such as bass) than I had felt a month ago.
1~3 don't change from first impression. About 4, I can hear low more because I get used to using NX7 pro, I guess. (and I didn't use CL750 during this month. Now, I use CL750, it's sound is sharp at low frequency too, so its low is impressive despite not much sound volume of low.)

 I think NX7 pro's sound volume of low is enough amount and not excessive.
  

Review about filters

First, look at the state without filter.


As you can see, 4 B. A. drivers are put into this position where is close to ears.

Next, look at 3 filters.


Red one is simple metal filter therefore it provides sound directly.

The different between silver filter and blue one is thickness of chemical fiber filter which you can see from backside. (In the photo above, left line is backside of filter.) Blue one's chemical fiber filter seems to be a little thicker than silver one. (It is hard to check this different from above photo, maybe.)

The change of sound

As NICEHCK is saying, if we think silver one is default, red one makes the sound a little high-strong and blue one makes the sound a little low-strong.

I recommend silver or red. Frankly, blue boost low a little excessive, I think. Even if you set red, you can hear enough bass sound. So, if you like bright sound you can use red filter, if you like sober sound, you can use silver one.

Basically, I like bright sound, so I review with red filter at this review!

Comparison with monitor headphone (ATH-M70x)

 Note:
This part is a little long. I will write Summary at bottom of this page, if you don't much time, you can skip this part. And, I will use Anime song.
I don't use any sound effect in ZX300.

Now, I start comparison with monitor!  

Rock

岸田教団&THE明星ロケッツ「ストライク・ザ・ブラッド」（96khz/24bit）

This is official（Of course, we can't listen HiRes ver. on YouTube）

Using NX7 pro, drum, vocal, electric guitar, each sound is clear, so I enjoy listening. While I use monitor, I can hear mixture of instruments, so I can't get clear sound.

As the official frequency response at store's "Item Description" describe, level is down around 500hz. It might make this different.

Pops

YURiKA「鏡面の波」（96khz/24bit）

Frankly speaking, this song's genre is unknown for me. Unknown genre is pops! It's okay.


This is official too

Around 33sec (in this YouTube, 40sec), violin comes in, violin's sound is a little weak than monitor. On the other hand, vocal is highlighted and sound is more dynamic than monitor therefore I can enjoy this song's beautiful feeling. 

Acoustic

佐々木恵梨「ふゆびより（弾きがたりver.）」(44.1khz/16bit)

I heard acoustic ver. but official provides only normal ver.

About this song, I like monitor's sound. NX7 pro's sound is plain, so I feel less appeal of guitar sound.

Next is not related to Anime.

Jazz

This video obtain permission from official as far as I can check

I feel a little stronger low than monitor. As I told you, NX7 pro is more dynamic. In the piano part(2min35sec), monitor reproduce piano's rich sound, on the other hand, NX7 pro output a little poor sound.

Classic

from Album「Seiji Ozawa Best Selection 2015」

Ralph Gomberg「Le Tombeau De couperin, M.68a: 4. Rigaudon」（44.1khz/16bit）

I knew Seiji Ozawa, so I borrow CD from rental shop TSUTAYA.

I saw "Auto-generated by YouTube." for the first time

I love gentle part (1min9sec~2min21sec), so I use this part for comparison.

First, I can discriminate each instruments' sound and where the sound come from, both monitor and NX7 pro. This part is quiet and echoed sound through the hall is beautiful, NX7 pro reproduce this echo lightly than monitor. 

Summary

NX7 pro's sound was characterized by "natural" and "enough and good quality bass".

I think "natural" is not "accurate", "natural" means "When you hear the sound, you don’t feel uncomfortable".

Well, if you can try this in-ear, trying yourself is best. Reading review and imagining the sound are second best, I think. (Have you ever bought bad items relying on someone's review? I have bought.)

By the way, I recommend NX7 pro for Rock, Pops, Anime Song.
On the other hand, NX7 pro is not best choice for musical instruments lovers. Slow Jazz, Guitar solo, quiet classic...Who likes these genres has more appropriate choice (however, NX7 pro is not best but good choice).

Talking about price, NX7 pro has very good cost performance. Its sound doesn’t have obvious weak point and cable is good to use too. I am very satisfied with this shopping.

Molting and Secondary growth of Apple tree

Hi. There are various discoveries when you grow plants by yourself. Today I took a picture of the molting (maybe there is a formal name...) of the new shoot of an apple tree in the second year of seedlings. The above picture is hard to look the "molting", so I expanded. If you look closely, you'll find a skin that is transparent and can be peeled off easily. When I first raised an apple tree, I thought it was an illness, but it is growing without dying. So now, I'm thinking it's one of the physiological phenomena.
